• FAA aircraft owner trusts allow both U.S. citizens and non-citizens to purchase and register aircraft with the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) by appointing a U.S. trustee. The aircraft owner trust holds the title to the aircraft and registers it with the FAA for the exclusive use of the beneficiary/purchaser, who continues to operate and maintain the aircraft.

Aircraft Owner Trust

• Aerospace Trust Management LLC provides aircraft Owner Trustee services for US and non-US citizens and corporations. While US law requires that all aircraft be registered in the name of a US citizens, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has recognized the use of Owner Trusts to facilitate N-registration whether the beneficiary of the trust is a US citizen or not.
